What does Howzer actually do?
Howzer reads customer messages from emails, chats, and tickets, then identifies tone, emotions, and root cause. It scores business risk, spots patterns across thousands of messages, and drafts a professional reply. Your team responds faster, more consistently, and with full audit trails.
How does the analysis work?
Each message is analyzed for language, sentiment, emotion, root cause, and risk. The system then adds business context like customer history and relevant policies. See the full breakdown on our How it Works page.
What languages are supported?
The pipeline is available in two versions: v2.3-DE is optimized for German with native German AI models, and v2.2 handles English. When a message's language can't be determined confidently, a multilingual fallback mode activates automatically.
Where is the product at right now?
Howzer v2.3-DE is the current German-optimized pipeline. The English pipeline is on v2.2. Earlier versions (v2.0, v2.1) have been superseded. The dashboard on this site shows demo data to illustrate how the pipeline works in real time.
How does Howzer protect personal data?
Personal information is redacted the moment a message enters the system. You control visibility through role-based access, set your own retention rules, and can run everything in your own infrastructure with no data leaving your network.
Can we run Howzer in our own infrastructure?
Yes. Howzer is designed to run in your own cloud tenant or on-premises. It supports enterprise single sign-on, customer-managed encryption keys, and can operate with zero internet access. A managed SaaS option is also on the roadmap.
What sources can we connect?
Email inboxes, chat and social media channels, and ticketing systems. All connectors run inside your network using allow-list networking. Every message is normalized into the same analysis pipeline regardless of source.
How does the response drafting work?
Howzer generates responses that reference the actual issue, follow your policies, and match the appropriate tone. Every draft goes through quality checks before reaching a human reviewer.
Do humans stay in control?
Always. Responses go through approval workflows before being sent. Role-based access controls who can do what. Every action is logged for audit purposes. Critical or high-risk messages are automatically escalated to senior staff.
How do you ensure response quality?
Every generated response is checked against quality standards: it must reference the actual issue, avoid generic filler, follow the right tone, and score above a minimum quality threshold. You can add your own benchmarks and track quality over time.
How long does it take to go live?
Most teams connect their message sources and start piloting within days. Self-hosted deployments in your own infrastructure typically require additional time for security review and network setup.
How do we get a demo?
Send us 5–10 representative customer messages and we'll configure a private walkthrough using your real scenarios. You can also explore the live demo sections on this site to see the pipeline in action.
What certifications do you have?
SOC 2 is in progress and ISO 27001 is on the roadmap. We provide DPA templates, sub-processor documentation, and DPIA support for enterprise customers. See our security page for full details.
