- No security testing that causes service degradation; for research see Report a vulnerability.
- No uploading unlawful content; no automated scraping that violates robots or rate limits.
- Comply with applicable German/EU laws when using the site.
4. Warranty & liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant completeness or accuracy. Liability for simple negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body, or health and for breaches of essential contractual obligations. For links to third-party sites, see our Imprint.
5. Governing law & venue
German law applies. Exclusive venue for merchants is Munich, Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
