Howzer v2.1 preview shipped

New pipeline preview with live risk signals and enterprise pages.

By Howzer Team, Product

Why v2.1?

v2.1 focuses on two pillars: (1) making risk visible in real time and (2) orchestrating safe, auditable responses. This preview ships a live overview on the homepage, clearer response flows, and an enterprise page that reflects how teams actually deploy Howzer today.

  • Live visibility: throughput, p95 latency, and a rolling 60-second risk mix.
  • Safer responses: guided playbooks, human-in-the-loop approvals, audit trails.
  • Enterprise-first deployment: self-hosted now, region-pinned B2B SaaS upcoming.

What shipped in the preview

  • Live risk header + dark analytics section (heatmap, stacked buckets, risk landscape).
  • Clickable response flow with highlights (no confusing overlays, keyboard-friendly).
  • Enterprise page: security, SLAs, procurement & legal packs, integrations.
  • Pricing page: “Now: self-hosted” vs. “Upcoming: B2B SaaS” with simple tiers.
  • Mobile navbar fix: stable outside-click & ESC; internal links via next/link.
  • Pipeline banner: Howzer v2 is sunset; results on site emulate prior v2 behaviour.

Step by step

1) Ingest

Connect shared email, chat, and ticketing. PII is auto-redacted on ingest; private connectors run in your tenant. Threads are preserved so analytics and response see the same context.

2) Analyze

Signals are scored by likelihood × impact; anomalies are p95-aware. We surface a rolling risk mix so you see shifts as they happen, not just daily summaries.

3) Triage

Auto-thresholds create queues by severity. Policies can prefer compliance or churn risk, and bursty spikes raise alerts instead of silently delaying work.

4) Approve

Guided playbooks turn analysis into safe responses. Humans stay in the loop; every change and approval is auditable with immutable logs.

5) Resolve

Actions route by SLA (team, channel, time). Ticketing is synced both ways so ops and analytics agree on outcomes.

Deployment choices

Now: self-hosted in your tenant (zero internet egress by default, customer-managed keys). Next: region-pinned B2B SaaS that mirrors the same controls.
